About the Role As the Diversity and Inclusion Manager, you will be at the forefront of providing thought leadership and expert consultancy, driving the development and implementation of key policies and delivering on CFA's Gender Equality Action Plan and Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
Your role will be crucial in executing our D&I Maturity Model and Inclusion Assessment process and evolving our strategy to deliver meaningful culture change. As part of the People Excellence and Innovation team (PXI) you will work closely with teams across People and Culture (P&C) and the entire organisation to collaborate on diversity initiatives, programs, opportunities, and cultural change issues.
About You We are seeking a dedicated and committed individual with significant experience in a senior OD or Diversity and Inclusion role.
The following key areas of expertise will be crucial to your success:
Experience in designing, leading and managing diversity and inclusion initiatives and programs.Expert stakeholder engagement and partnering skills and an ability to provide expert consultancy services and advice across a complex organisation.An understanding of broader OD and HR strategies and concepts and their application in large and complex organisations.Outstanding ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of an organisation.Skilled in articulating complex issues to varied audiences.This is a superb opportunity for a talented individual to deliver key culture changes within our respected and admired organisation.
