The role As a Dive Supervisor, you will ensure high safety standards and compliance with legislative requirements and Huon's policies, guiding the team to maintain best practices in all dive operations. You will:
Lead and mentor dive crew, assisting with the induction and training of new team members.Champion safety by identifying hazards and overseeing dive operations to ensure they are conducted in compliance with Huon SOPs.Conduct pre and post-dive briefings, communicating any restrictions or safety measures.Perform various dive-related tasks, including net repairs, general maintenance, infrastructure inspections, and retrieval of mortalities.Located at our Hideaway Bay site, this opportunity operates on a full-time basis with a 7 day on, 7 days off roster.
