ABOUT THE ROLE As the Distribution Manager at MESHKI, you will play a critical role in bridging customer service and logistics to enhance the overall shopping experience. This position is responsible for monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), managing claims, and optimising customer journeys by collaborating across teams to exceed customer expectations. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure fulfilment and delivery SLAs are met across all markets, handle exceptions efficiently, and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement in MESHKI's customer experience.
FULL TIME SALARY: $80K-$90K WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Monitor and Manage SLAs: Ensure SLAs are met across both warehouse operations and customer service for all markets, creating reports and insights to drive performance improvements.Exception Handling: Oversee and resolve exceptions, such as lost-in-transit claims and premium service (same-day and next-day delivery) discrepancies, working directly with carriers and internal teams.Customer Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager and CRM to identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience, implementing initiatives that go above and beyond standard service expectations.Inventory & Distribution Monitoring: Support inventory and stock level oversight to ensure customer demand is met while minimising holding costs, in collaboration with the inventory and warehouse teams.Holiday and Peak Season Coordination: Work with e-commerce and marketing to ensure holiday and peak season communications are accurate and timely, proactively managing customer expectations around order cutoffs and delivery timelines.Carrier and Supplier Liaison: Act as the point of contact for logistics providers and suppliers, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery standards are maintained and addressing any service-related issues proactively.Reporting & Analysis: Track, analyse, and report on SLA performance, customer feedback, and exception data to identify trends, providing data-driven recommendations for process improvements.Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and optimise processes across customer service and logistics, ensuring seamless communication and workflow to support MESHKI's commitment to a premium customer experience.WHAT YOU'LL NEED Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.1+ years of experience in a customer service or logistics role, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or fashion environment.Proven track record in SLA management and exception handling within a customer-focused and service-oriented role.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, carriers, and suppliers.Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis and reporting to drive insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Understanding of inventory and logistics processes with the ability to support stock management and distribution efficiency.Passion for customer experience with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations.SALARY & BENEFITS Employee Perks: Monthly clothing allowance, generous employee discounts, and flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.
