ECHUCA - DISTRIBUTION CENTRE MANAGERFULL TIME Evans Shoes is seeking a dedicated and experienced Distribution Centre (DC) Manager to join our dynamic team. Our DC Manager will oversee all operations in our brand-new distribution centre and ensure the efficient and effective management of stock to our 7 store locations.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Warehouse Operations: Manage all aspects of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock to ensure smooth operations.Stock Management: Coordinate the receiving and accepting of stock deliveries and ensure accurate and timely distribution to our 7 store locations.Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records and manage accurate stock levels.Health and Safety: Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, promoting a safe working environment.Qualifications and Skills: Experience: Previous experience in warehouse management or a similar role is highly preferred.Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail skills.Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and make informed decisions.We are looking to hire a second in-charge to help lead our Echuca team along with the Store Manager. The position is Full-Time and previous experience is preferred, but not essential. Alternating Saturday availability is preferred.

• Previous footwear experience would be considered but not essential
