Here at Findex, we are currently looking for someone to join our Disputes team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person.

The Disputes Officer role is pivotal to the quality resolution of disputes and complaints, relevant concerns or errors that may arise across the business to ensure consistency, fairness and regulatory compliance.

What will your typical week look like? You are someone with the following skills and experience...
Previous experience in a similar disputes resolution role/qualifications in financial planning would be advantageousExcellent communication and written skills and attention to detailProven problem-solving abilities and the skills to gather, analyse and interpret information to identify issues, trends and solutionsAbility to manage and prioritise competing demands Why Findex?
