Primary Role:Daily operations in dispatch area: picking goods, packing, wrapping and sending out goods.Light office assistant workThis role is directly responsible for:
Sending out goods which involves goods selection, packing, and sending out goods.
Goods are non hazardous and are boxed.
Orders are received electronically via email. Orders will need to be processed and then booked in for freight collection. Paperwork associated with the order needs to be completed before pick up.
Incoming goods need to be marked off, stickers applied and stored away in the allocated space.
General maintenance and cleaning of a safe work area.
Office work includes filing records, handling incoming calls, record keeping and word processing.
Applicant will be expected to have basic computer knowledge, great communication skills, previous dispatch experience preferred but not necessary for the right candidates.
