An exciting casual opportunity is available for highly motivated, enthusiastic, and experienced Orderlies to join our team.
This role will provide exceptional non-clinical patient care, support the nursing team, and contribute to an industry-leading environment.
Monday through Friday with occasional weekend work, including early/late/10-hour shifts.
Key functions include: Provide exceptional customer/patient service by safely transporting/lifting patients, collecting and delivering specimens, equipment and consumables and by restocking supplies and consumables.
Prioritise patient safety by ensuring patient transportation is safe and in good working order, and by being an active member of the emergency response team.
Act as a valued member of an interdisciplinary team by promoting a professional and positive team culture Demonstrate professional practice by working according to Healthscope's policies and processes Supports Healthscope's safety and quality improvement and compliance with the National Safety & Quality Healthcare Standards.
About You You will be professional with excellent interpersonal skills, a patient-centric focus, highly developed customer service skills, and the ability to prioritise and organise work, with minimal supervision.
