Tasks & Responsibilities: Empower individuals to build daily living skills and self-care abilities. Provide personalised support aligned with each participant's unique goals and aspirations. Build trusting, professional relationships with participants, their families, and community members. Follow and uphold any Behaviour Support Plans, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of participants. Maintain clear, accurate case notes to support continuity of care. Advocate effectively for participants' perspectives, ensuring their voices are heard and valued. Engage in team meetings, reflective practices, supervision, and debriefing sessions to support growth and continuous improvement. Key Requirements: Relevant qualifications or current enrolment in a related program (e.g., allied health). A commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. NDIS Workers Check. Police Check. Working with Children Check. Current driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle. Current First Aid Certificate and CPR. Certificate in Administering and Monitoring Medications in the Workplace or willing to obtain. Multilingual skills (not required, but highly regarded).
