Our clients may have physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, intellectual disabilities, or autism.

Just us. Our teams are based in Melbourne, Geelong, and regional Victoria, including Benalla, Wangaratta, Stawell, and Bendigo.
To do a great job, you'll need: Good judgment and common sense, listening skills, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to our values.
Experience supporting people with a physical disability, including manual handling.
Experience with PEG feeding is a bonus but not necessary.
Great patience and the willingness to put in the time and energy to build rapport with clients.
Enthusiasm and passion for supporting people with disabilities to live great lives.
Commitment to working with a care team approach, including guidance from professionals, for example, supporting our clients to complete a regular physiotherapy program.
Full driver's license and be willing and comfortable with driving clients' vehicles.
Willingness to work varied shifts; sleepovers, day support including community access, in-home evening support with home duties required.
We also need you to commit to ongoing shifts (more than twice weekly).
We are looking to support clients based in Greendale, Kyneton, Heathcote, and Bendigo.
