About the RoleARC Disability Services Inc. is a community-based organization with a long history of supporting individuals with disabilities, their families, and support networks.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver quality whole-of-life supports to individuals within the ARC Supported Independent Living service area.Liaise with stakeholders, including participants, families, and support networks.Create daily routines and maintain information to ensure effective service delivery.Conduct risk assessments and coordinate staff to ensure safe and supportive environments.Engage with stakeholders and provide service delivery that meets the needs of individuals.RequirementsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent knowledge of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and relevant industry awards.High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.Working with Children (Blue Card) and Disability Services (Yellow Card) and a Right to Work within Australia.Undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.Current Queensland Drivers Licence.What We OfferProfessional development opportunities.Salary sacrificing benefits.Flexible working hours.Free Employee Assistance Program.Access to Fitness Passport Program.Remuneration in accordance with the Social, Community Services, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award aligned to experience and qualifications.
