15th October, 2024Based in our Day Program in Epping, as a Service Coordinator, you will coordinate services and lead practice at a site level, providing supervision, on the ground role-modelling, coaching and support for staff as well as supports to the clients.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate day to day operations of group homes or day programs including household accounts, staffing costs, and program activities.Initial escalation person for site team members.Ensure all mandatory reports are provided on time.Drive Supported Independent Living development with team members.Ensure properties are maintained to appropriate standards.About you Minimum Cert IV in Disability or Individual Support, or equivalent experience in disability support.Experience managing and supervising staff and client outcomes in multiple accommodation settings.Demonstrated understanding of the NDIS, principles of active support and human rights-based approach to service delivery.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proficient computer literacy in MS Office Suite and online systems.Practical experience in achieving community inclusion.Current NSW Drivers Licence.What Sets Us Apart Our Commitment At Achieve, it's more than a job.
