Role Overview The Disability Operations Manager will lead and optimize service delivery within the NDIS framework, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in disability support and operations, with a strategic mindset, strong team management skills, and a dedication to improving outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Team Leaders to ensure effective management of support workers, allied health workers, support coordinators, plan managers, and service delivery teams.Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.Ensure full compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.Exceed service delivery KPIs and drive overall operational success.Identify training needs and foster professional development within the team.Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback to support team growth.Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable service delivery.Proactively manage risks, incidents, and hazards to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.Work in collaboration with the Head of Finance, Human Resources, Recruitment, and the National Managers to ensure smooth operations, compliance, and success.What We're Looking For Minimum of 5 years' experience in operations management within NDIS services.Proven track record managing teams, including Team Leaders, with a strong understanding of NDIS standards.Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a talent for building lasting relationships.Ability to thrive under pressure and juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and motivating work environment.What You Bring You're a strategic and critical thinker with the ability to manage complex operations, inspire your team, and exceed expectations.
