We are currently seeking Contract Support Workers to support people in NDIS and respite services across Perth W.A. 6000. Overview of the role: We have opportunities to support people in NDIS arrangements and respite services.8-hour care model, meaning staff are required to work a combination of shifts – morning (from 6am), afternoon (from 2pm), and sleep over shifts.Assist participants with a range of personal activities including hygiene support, medication assistance, manual handling, domestic assistance, and meals.Follow specific positive behavior support plans.Assist participants with engaging in community, social, and recreational activities.Support people within both group settings and 1-on-1 arrangements.Use your own vehicle to transport participants to community-based outings.What you need: Completed or currently studying a Certificate III in Individual Support (or relevant).Paid experience supporting people in NDIS with physical and intellectual disabilities.Australian Driver's License.First Aid Certificate.CPR certification.NDIS Worker Screening Check.Working with Children Check (Blue Card) for paid employment.National Police Check (obtained within the last 6 months or willing to apply).Reliable smartphone with data.What we can offer you: Competitive pay rates, terms, and conditions.
