Summary:
Lead the Capital Works sector, growing the sector and managing a portfolio of projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Capital Works, Fit-Out, or Asset Management.
- Strong client relationships in commercial offices & major retailers.
- Strategic vision and experience in scaling businesses.
- Good business acumen with networking abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all retail and capital works division projects.
- Recruit and build out the team.
- Training and mentoring staff.
- Part of the senior management team with direct reports.
- Strong say in executive decisions.
- Ability to bring in new work long term.
