Director, Service Partnerships and Assurance Skip to content Director, Service Partnerships and Assurance Government - State (Government & Defence) Beilby Downing Teal are working with a State Government agency that designs and delivers a vast range of projects across the state that help vulnerable people in our community. We are working with this agency in the recruitment of an exciting new Director role focussed on leading a team in delivering projects supporting the vulnerable in our community.This is a diverse role that will utilise all your skills in stakeholder engagement and program delivery. It will suit a person with experience in disability, health or community services although not just from government. You will be a person that is looking for purpose and meaning in your job and is motivated to help vulnerable people within our community.Some of the key duties and responsibilities include;Talking to people in the community to ensure that your agency's understanding of the program will meet the needs of the community.Identify gaps in the service systems in Qld pertinent to these groups within the community and use this analysis to drive your strategic approach to project delivery.Use your project experience to drive person centred solutions to achieving service access equity, regardless of geographic location, age, socio-economic or cultural backgrounds.Engaging and partnering with others, both your colleagues and stakeholders to ensure the services will meet the needs of the intended beneficiaries.Managing governance related considerations for this agency. Your prior experience in complex organisations driving projects will give you an understanding of the governance required to achieve collaboration and service integration.Regular assessment of the effectiveness of your programs and being committed to making change when required.Advising departmental senior executives, non-gov't leaders and Ministers on a range of community services issues.Lead and oversee your team to deliver the departments goals strategic plans relating to achieving state-wide community services.Contribute to building and maintaining the teams' culture to be a supportive group, helping your community lead connected and inclusive lives.This is a Brisbane based role with regular state-wide travel required.
