This role is perfect for an experienced Risk & Compliance leader who enjoys owning a process and making an impactful change to the organisation. This includes raising the risk management profile and maturity across the organisation and ensuring its readiness for critical events.

Tertiary qualifications in risk management, compliance or a related discipline or equivalent demonstrated experience in that fieldA risk and compliance leader with demonstrable experience leading and implementing a risk and compliance functionBackground in a complex organisationStrong influencing and negotiation skills demonstrating high levels of commerciality and pragmatism.Proven experience in promoting and delivering continuous improvement, reviewing policies, procedures and systems, based on best practice and innovation.Demonstrated management competence in: Leadership; Operational Planning; Organisation Management; Continuous Quality Improvement; Human Resources; Time Management; External Relations; and Service ProvisionDemonstrated comprehensive high level knowledge of the Health and Aged Care, Not for Profit, Disability and Social Services Sectors including funding and policy protocols, accreditation and industrial legislation will be beneficial.Who we are?
