Director - Records ManagementFull-time Permanent Closes: 26 November 2024 Classification: Senior Information Technology Officer Grade BSalary: $142,329 - $159,780 plus superannuationPosition No: 43159Directorate: ACT Health Advertised (Gazettal date): 12 November 2024Contact Officer: Joanna Lewis on or Details: The Director, Records Management will:Undertake specialist and technical research and analysis and provide ongoing advice and policy development relating to records management requirements to ensure consistent compliance with obligations under the Territory Records Act.Lead the management of digital administrative recordkeeping across ACT Health and Canberra Health Services using Objective and Content Manager.Lead the management of paper records throughout their lifecycle, including the management of team functions relating to creation, sentencing, disposal and the paper records warehouse.Develop and manage the records management team to ensure they deliver high quality records management functions across both the paper and digital records management functions.Ensure Directorate staff are adequately supported and receive appropriate training on records management matters.Undertake other duties appropriate to this level of classification which contribute to the operations of the Division.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment where people with diverse thoughts, lived experience, and perspectives can thrive and contribute their unique talents to the ACTPS and ACT community.
