About The RoleCurrie & Brown is currently looking for a Director (Project Management) to lead and grow the Victorian Project Management business, based in Melbourne. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the Project Management business unit with respect to quality of service delivery, recruitment and development of staff, financial performance and general client care including achieving client satisfaction and repeat business.Responsibility also includes contribution to the development of annual Business Plan, setting budgets and business development strategies to achieve Financial targets.Responsibilities:ClientsKey Account ManagementClient satisfaction surveysAttend Business Development MeetingsParticipate in Business Development (Leads, Interviews)Directly secure win revenueAttend industry events (Corenet, HICAP, Chambers)PeopleResource identification and recruitment as required for allocated projectResource training & mentoring directly allocated staffStaff Appraisals of allocated teamService DeliveryLead delivery of major projectsSupport as Project Director delivery on other projectsLead implementation of PM system (induction, audits)Conduct Project AuditsEnsure delivery meets all company standards and policiesFinanceAchieve Revenue multiplier on allocated projectsAchieve 70 day debtors on allocated projectsQualifications:A degree in a construction or design-related subject with membership to UDIA, MRICS, APC or API preferredExperience of working on major projects and program delivery across Commercial/Industrial, Residential, Public Sector Assets and infrastructure, ideally with minimum ten years' plus experience in the Melbourne marketDemonstrated experience leading a large team and being responsible for building and maintaining a substantial P&LExcellent first-hand experience of dealing with clients and stakeholders locally and nationallyAbility to simplify complex issues and add demonstrable value to clientsExcellent leadership and motivational skillsMust have current work rights for Australia.About The CompanyAt Currie & Brown, we know that when it comes to a good idea, it doesn't matter where it comes from.
