About the opportunity
Due to ongoing success and growth, we are seeking self-motivated and professional private/business bankers to join an already high performing team. As a Director in the NSW Ultra High Net Wealth Team, you will have proven complex lending experience, expert knowledge of ultra-high net worth client needs and an already established network of clients and referrers.
Additionally, you will: Guide clients and business partners throughout their lending journey, with experiences and insights that are essential to developing authentic long-term relationships.Build new client relationships and identify new business development opportunities by advocating for CBA and CBA products, including lending, banking and wealth.Build your personal brand and network in the community to enhance your credibility.Determine suitable lending solutions with prospective homebuyers and submitting lending applications.Grow your business by building and maintaining external referral sources and seeking external referrals from existing customers.Refer customers with more complex financial needs to specialists within the Group.Research the broader market, and economic and industry changes affecting customers and the Group.Share best practice, productivity ideas and implement continuous improvement initiatives.Support the Private Banking team by inspiring, developing and growing colleagues.About you To be successful in this role you will have: Recent experience in a similar role from within Private Banking, Business/Commercial Banking or similar.Experience in residential and commercial lending, including complex lending structures and the ability to interpret complex financials.A demonstrated ability to develop new networks and maintain effective relationships with ultra-high net worth clients.Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business or related field (preferred).RG146 (preferred).If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
