Specific Criteria Highly effective, skilled classroom practitioner committed to the ethos of the Catholic School Knowledge and experience in teaching through to HSC level.
Contemporary leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and contribute positively to the role.
Capacity to contribute to the school's Continuous Improvement Cycle and is committed to student achievement Previous leadership experience and ability to create innovative whole school timetables to support the school's improvement agenda.
Demonstrated ability to use of technology to maintain the day-to-day running of the school.
Highly effective organisational skills to ensure a just and balanced workload for all staff that is consistent with current and changing legislation and human resource instruments, like enterprise agreements.
Excellent communication skill and high levels of emotional intelligence in dealing with the needs of variety of community members.
Demonstrated ability to manage and facilitate processes and procedures to ensure the maintenance of safe learning environment both on site and during off-site activities and excursions.
Willingness to contribute to the broader extracurricular aspects of school life as an active member of the school community Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic professional learning community.
Proficient in the use of technology to enhance student learning Applicants who are not currently working in a Broken Bay systemic school must have a 4 year training qualification or be enrolled to undertake further study that will provide them with a four year trained qualification to be eligible to apply for any teaching position in the Diocese.

Position on COVID-19 vaccinations Given the current management of risks associated with COVID-19 in the community, and the gradual wind-back of some settings, CSBB has decided to no longer require all staff to be fully vaccinated, effective 19 September 2022 .
