This includes work in the Strategic Leadership and Talent division that is critical to effective and efficient leadership in the sector.
We now need an innovative and critical thinker experienced in leading initiatives in complex environments across multiple teams, and driving high performance with an emphasis on quality and continuous improvement. You'll set the strategic direction over the medium to long term for sector-wide leadership and talent initiatives and manage the Senior Executive Service (SES) cohort.
You'll lead work in recruitment, management, and remuneration of senior public sector executive positions including chief executive officers.
With the position having both a strategic and operational focus, you'll be adept at leading and managing teams in both spheres.
You'll have a background or qualification in organisational psychology, leadership, organisational development, or human resource management.
