About the roleWe are excited to offer a unique opportunity for an experienced and passionate Early Childhood professional to join our team as the Director of Red Hill Kindergarten, commencing in Term 1, 2025.
This is a full-time position, which includes 3-days non-contact and 2-day program delivery across the working days.
As Director, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality educational program for children and families, fostering positive outcomes for each child.
You will act as the Responsible Person for the Service, managing daily operations in collaboration with the Lady Gowrie QLD Kindergarten support team.
Additionally, you will be actively engaged in teaching, providing relief for staff during their programming time.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the leadership qualities necessary to guide a team of professionals and ensure the delivery of an outstanding education and care program.
