Organisation/Entity: Transport For NSW Job category: Senior Executive Job location: Sydney, NSW, AU, 2020 Job reference number: 98415 Employment type: Permanent Full-Time Salary range: An attractive remuneration package Join our new Portfolio Management Office & Enablement (PMO&E) branch, responsible for managing the lifecycle of the Finance Technology and Commercial (FTC) divisions portfolio of projects, delivering end-to-end execution pathways, and providing enabling services to ensure efficient operations.
This is your opportunity to shape and lead the delivery of the division's projects and programs.
In this role, you'll: Be accountable for developing, managing, and delivering projects and programs across the Division, mainly focusing on information technology projects, in line with relevant project lifecycle frameworks.
Manage project scopes, business cases, submissions, communications, reporting, scheduling, forecasting, and resourcing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope and outcomes.
Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and issue resolution to keep stakeholders engaged and deliverables met.
Foster a culture of collaboration aligned with Divisional objectives and lead a high-performing, agile project team capable of working in a matrix structure.

About You You're an inspiring leader with extensive experience in project delivery and controls, with a proven record of results in complex, fast-paced environments.
You have demonstrated success in leading teams through change, fostering collaboration, and achieving strategic outcomes.
You possess a strong delivery focus with accountability.
You have significant experience in project cost, scheduling, resourcing, and risk management.
You are an influencer and thought leader in organizational advice delivery.
You understand balancing customer needs with regulatory, policy, government, and operational conditions.
You can articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
You have experience building, developing, and leading high-performing technical teams.
