As a key member of ECM, you'll influence decisions that drive our investment objectives, collaborating closely with stakeholders at every level, from the Board, the Investment Committee to sector teams.

Deliver compelling macro and market outlook presentations to key stakeholders including the Chair, Board and Investment Committee. Cultivate strategic relationships with external research providers, central banks and policymakers. Collaborate with sector teams and incorporate their insights into ECM's views on the external investment environment. Mentor and nurture junior team members, fostering growth and development across the Agency. About You We're looking for a leader with a passion for macroeconomics and a proven track record in translating insights into actionable investment strategies.
To excel in this role, you will possess:
A proactive, inquisitive, and practical approach to problem-solving. Experience in identifying short and long-term thematic trends with an investment focus. A diverse academic or professional background enriching your perspective. Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
