Fixed term (12 month), full time positionLead the implementation team to deliver value-based health care at Royal Dental Hospital of MelbourneWork with an organisation that is transforming public oral health care in VictoriaIt’s the people who make the difference at Dental Health Services Victoria (DHSV).An exciting new position has been created to lead DHSV's transition to Value Based Health Care.The Director, Clinical Transformation is responsible for working with operational teams to implement, test and evaluate new process and models of care as part of the organisation’s transition to value-based health care.This new opportunity will directly improve the oral health outcomes and enhance the experience for our clients and staff.Working collaboratively other members of the Oral Health Council on all aspects of the VBHC ImplementationCollaborate with key internal stakeholders to provide clinical leadership and support, develop new ways of working and to analyse client experience data.Continuously improve the DHSV Value Based Health Care Framework and Models of CareWork collaboratively to ensure the transition to value based health care is client centric, and improves the consumer experience.A registered oral health practitioner with a relevant postgraduate qualificationYou have proven experience as a practising oral health practitionerExperience in clinical leadership within a public health care settingYou understand the principles of Value Based Health CareYou have strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies. Eg.
