Executive appointmentStrategic leadership opportunityAlign your values and expertiseWith child safety and wellbeing at the centre of all we do, this newly created executive portfolio leads a multi-disciplinary team responsible for enterprise risk and assurance, child safety practices, safeguarding, and complex complaints management.
The Director will establish MACS' enterprise risk management and assurance system including a child safety compliance framework that embeds best-practice child safety standards.
The Director of Child Safety and Risk Management will guide, manage, and support the executive board on enterprise risk management for schools including child safety compliance, safeguarding, and complex case management.
You are a post-graduate qualified executive leader with deep experience leading enterprise risk management and/or internal assurance, preferably within the education sector, together with extensive knowledge of child-centred practices and child safety legislation and regulation.
Your superior people and communication skills underpin your track record in elevating enterprise risk capability and maturity.
The ability to work with critical stakeholders in education, child safety, government, regulatory and church organisations will be essential to success in this position.
Candidates with prior experience as a CRO, particularly in Enterprise Risk Management, risk mitigation strategies, and child safety, are highly desirable.
