Direct Services Team Leader

Principal Responsibilities of this Role:Encouraging teams to identify and implement strategies to ensure continuous improvement of service delivery for people with an intellectual disability.Keeping yourself and teams informed about and ensuring the application of relevant legislative requirements, departmental policies, and service delivery practices.Planning for and implementing regular monitoring and review of systems and processes utilized by support staff within the service delivery environment.Articulating performance standards when providing assessment of direct support staff by giving constructive and incisive feedback about the work practices of individual staff with service delivery and departmental requirements.Actively contributing and encouraging relevant others to participate in support planning for people with a disability receiving services.Applications to remain current for 12 months.Job Ad Reference: QLD/591017/24Closing Date: Friday, 27 September 2024
