Provide direct marketing fundraising support within Uniting Full-time, Permanent position, based in Melbourne CBD Access salary packaging to increase take-home pay. Your new role As the Direct Marketing Coordinator, you will develop and execute fundraising marketing appeals and strategies. This will include retention, acquisition and managing single giving and regular giving donors.
In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:
Managing donor journeys and assisting with other income generating activities across a mix of marketing channels. Contributing to the development and design of innovative and effective strategies for increasing lifetime value of donors. Your skills and experience Demonstrated experience in developing, executing, and reporting for campaigns across a variety of channels including digital, print, direct mail telemarketing and more. A qualification in marketing, communications, fundraising or a related field would be highly desirable, or equivalent industry experience in either a charity or commercial environment. Demonstrated experience working with stakeholders to develop campaign assets. Experience in project management. Demonstrated experience in coordinating successful direct mail campaigns and either regular giving programs or subscription-based business models would be desirable. Experience managing external suppliers. Experience in donor/customer journey mapping and implementation desirable. View the position description here.
