An exciting opportunity is now available for a Digital and Social Media Specialist to join our team.
Role Purpose: As a Digital & Social Media Specialist, you will execute go-to-market strategies and digital campaigns to support growth, engagement, and service delivery.
You will design creatives and manage digital channels for The Labs brands.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and update digital community platforms.
Implement SEO best practices.
Optimize website content and user experience.
Conduct content audits and maintain website accuracy.
Monitor KPIs and generate performance reports.
Foster and manage online communities.
Create and distribute newsletters.
Support go-to-market strategies for new digital offerings.
Ensure consistent brand messaging.
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve efficiency.
Selection Criteria; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Creative, Content, Digital, or equivalent.
2+ years of industry-specific experience.
Proven experience in digital platforms, social media, and creative design as well as Website design and CMS management experience Experience with SEO and digital marketing strategies.
Data analysis and performance monitoring experience Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
