As such, we have created a career-shaping opportunity for a Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in how we write the next chapter of our growth story by owning and developing our digital product offering.
The core elements of this role involve:Researching and analysing opportunities to improve and expand our digital product offering. This will involve proactively gathering data from a variety of sources, attending industry events, keeping abreast of publications and academic research and presenting your findings and recommendations to the senior leadership team on a quarterly basis.Designing product roadmaps for each of your approved business cases.Project managing solutions from inception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration through an approach of continuous review and improvement along the way.Here's what it will take:Solid mid-level experience (ideally 4-5 years) as a Digital Product Manager or in a similar SaaS development role.Demonstrated experience in developing, managing and executing product roadmaps for a revenue generating SAAS platform including the documentation of technical requirements.Knowledge of business process modelling notations (BPMN, EPC, BPEL) for documentation processes.Familiarity with software development environments.Agile project management methodology experience. You are conversant with Agile ceremonies and scrum environments.Research and data gathering/exploration capability, including survey design, delivery and evaluation, data extraction, modelling and reporting skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills. You must excel in engaging with stakeholders and you have a natural ability to communicate clearly and effectively.If you are a mid-level Digital Product Manager with a desire to be part of a business that plays a significant role in making lives safer; the door of opportunity is now open.
