THE ROLE We are seeking a Video Digital Producer based at Fremantle's Nunawading Studios for 5 days a week in the office. This will be a full-time role on a long-term contract.
The Digital Producer will be responsible for the ideation, preparation, production and execution of all digital content across the Fremantle Media Australia slate with particular focus on Neighbours TV show.
The Digital Producer will be responsible for the Neighbours program digital strategy as well as the creation and delivery of all required assets for each Neighbours show. The Digital Producer will also work alongside Publicity and Marketing, creating a cohesive strategy in support of the programme.
The primary focus will be original short form video packages. It may also include capturing and editing stills, cinemagraphs, carousels and any associated graphics; plus social media and community management across various platforms, as determined by the Networks.
ABOUT YOU The successful candidate will be a proven multitasker, cope well under pressure with multiple deadlines, and consistently show initiative and desire to improve best practice and skillset.
Lead creative ideation and pitch innovative concepts for digital content.Oversee the entire production process, from translating ideas into budget briefs to working with Supervisors to develop production budgets.Develop and manage production schedules, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.Manage the entire production workflow, from pre-production through to post-production.Produce and direct on-screen talent, ensuring high-quality delivery and performance.Shoot and produce digital content, demonstrating confidence and skill in capturing broadcast-quality footage.Post-produce and edit all digital content packages, delivering polished final products under the guidance of the Digital Media EP.Support the Digital EP with day-to-day tasks and responsibilities across various digital production areas.SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT : Develop, write, and execute social and digital media strategies to enhance online presence.Engage with online communities across major social media platforms, fostering interaction and audience growth.Collaborate with on-screen talent to optimize their social media presence during production and airing periods.Write and manage social media content plans, ensuring timely and relevant postings.Prepare analytics and post-campaign reports to assess performance and inform future strategies.Create and deliver engaging digital and social media assets tailored to audience needs.Assist in digital and social media casting campaigns, including MailChimp and Facebook ads.Identify emerging trends and new opportunities in the social media landscape to stay ahead of the curve.SPECIFIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED : A minimum of five years' experience in digital content production and social media management.At least a Bachelor degree required.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proven ability to manage the complete digital production process, from concept ideation to final delivery (please include links to recent work in your application).Proficient in shooting broadcast-quality video and editing original short-form video content.Strong experience working closely with internal production teams, management, broadcast clients, and on-screen talent.Proficiency in AVID or Premiere Pro, along with experience using Photoshop.Familiarity with After Effects, Marquee, or similar graphic design software is preferred.Demonstrated success in project management, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.MORE INFORMATION A full role description will be discussed at interview stage of the recruitment process.
