We are seeking a Digital Producer to create and develop high-quality digital and creative content for our Strategy and Engagement Division.
This is a Full Time, Permanent position based at Doncaster. While WFH/Hybrid options are available, it is essential that the successful applicant maintains a presence at Doncaster in line with our hybrid working model.
About the role Reporting to the Director Communication Employee & Digital, this role will be responsible for creating content that is clear, engaging, and timely, and aligned to Ambulance Victoria's (AV) brand and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide videography and multimedia services, expertise, and professional advice on best practice video communication to create and produce engaging material for various channels and audiences. Edit, write, and develop engaging video content for use across social media and digital channels. Identify positive story opportunities for provision across digital media platforms, identifying and mitigating risks and potential issues. Maintain a distinctive and consistent AV brand, voice, and visual identity across the content developed. Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) and work cross-functionally with other members of the Division to ensure the delivery of seamless and professional communications services. About you To be considered for this position, you will have a relevant degree or industry certification together with proven relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience. Other requirements include but are not limited to:
Demonstrated experience and technical ability to create and develop high-quality engaging content. Demonstrated innovation, creativity, and initiative, with experience ideating, producing, and editing video content. Understanding of visual storytelling and demonstrated experience scripting, producing, filming, and editing high-quality and engaging videos for diverse audiences across numerous platforms. Significant experience using the Adobe video suite in the production of professional video material. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and demonstrated passion for delivering creative and impactful content. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
