This role is dedicated to driving growth and engagement through paid search and social media channels. Working in partnership with the Paid Performance Manager, you will develop and implement data-driven strategies to ensure our campaigns are effective and aligned with King Living's brand and performance goals.The RoleExecute and manage paid search and social campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Ensure campaigns are set up accurately, optimised effectively, and aligned with performance targets.Continuously monitor and optimise campaigns, adjusting bids, budgets, targeting, and ad creatives to maximise ROI. Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, targeting options, and creatives to identify and implement improvements.Perform ongoing keyword research for search campaigns and craft compelling, on-brand ad copy that drives engagement and conversions. Regularly review and update keywords to maintain relevance and improve Quality Scores.Utilise platform tools to create, refine, and optimize audience segments. Leverage demographic, interest-based, and behavioural targeting to improve reach and engagement.Track and analyse key metrics, including impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rates. Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to provide insights and recommendations to the Paid Performance Manager.Assist in managing and allocating budgets across campaigns, ensuring efficient spending to meet performance objectives.Work closely with the creative and content team to develop ad assets that align with King Living's brand voice and resonate with target audiences.Provide feedback and insights to improve ad performance based on analytics.About You3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing paid search and social campaigns.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to campaign optimisation.
