Job Description Digital Optimisation Manager Role length - 12 month maximum term What's the role? Join us as a Digital Optimisation Manager supporting performance uplift across our websites, banking apps and digital communication channels.
This Sydney-based, permanent role will see you drive engagement by coordinating go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new digital features and optimising how customers interact with our app.
You'll work closely with teams across Digital, Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, playing a key role in content planning, campaign delivery, and continuous improvement through data and insights.
What do I need? Ability to translate technical features into engaging customer content and communications Strong digital marketing and GTM campaign experience Confident using analytics tools like Adobe, Tableau or SEO platforms to drive results Ability to identify and act on customer insights, data and behaviour Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management across multiple teams Why join us?
