As an integral member of the Digital Production team, you will collaborate closely with Senior Learning Designers to drive successful educational outcomes. Your ability to proactively engage with diverse stakeholders, including learning and teaching staff and students, will be essential in achieving strategic, sustainable solutions that enhance the learning experience. To be successful in this position, you'll have: Capacity to lead, influence and support the production of mixed reality, digital and print media solutions for online and blended learning courses, programs and training products.Excellent skills in the application of communication design principles and protocols for diverse audiences and for print, web-based and digital media forms.Highly developed communication skills including the ability to interpret and communicate Learning and Teaching, learning design, business and audience requirements into engaging user experiences.Excellent organisational and project management skills, and the ability to prioritise work, work to deadlines and undertake multiple parallel projects.Ability to identify, assess, test and evaluate technical applications and platforms for the development and delivery of digital products and resources.High-level skills using Adobe Creative Cloud product suite and advanced competency in implementing and maintaining a variety of web technologies.Capacity to work as part of a team, work to deadlines and to undertake parallel projects and activities. Qualifications Relevant qualifications and proven experience in digital design or learning design, and appropriate relevant industry experience.
