We're seeking a creative and versatile Marketing Assistant to spearhead our digital presence and drive our marketing efforts. In this role, you'll craft engaging social media content, develop effective sales funnels, and manage targeted ad campaigns for our exciting travel packages. You'll have the opportunity to shape our online strategy, combining your passion for social media with your marketing expertise. This position offers a unique blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to make a significant impact on our brand's growth and success in the competitive travel market.Responsibilities
Create and curate captivating content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using raw footage and photos from our travel experiences and partnersDevelop and optimize sales funnels, including designing landing pages and integrating payment portalsManage and monitor ad campaigns across social media platforms, conducting A/B testing to maximize ROIPerform basic video editing using tools like CapCut to produce eye-catching social media contentDraft and schedule engaging email sequences to nurture leads and convert prospectsEnsure all marketing content aligns with our company ethos and resonates with our target audienceAssist in CRM management, including data entry and lead trackingCollaborate with team members and partners to gather content and align marketing efforts with business goalsAnalyze and report on key performance indicators for social media and ad campaignsStay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and implement new strategies to improve our online presenceRequirementsProven experience in social media management and digital marketing, preferably in the travel or lifestyle sectorProficiency in video editing software, particularly CapCutStrong knowledge of sales funnel creation, management, and optimizationExperience with ad management and A/B testing on social media platformsFamiliarity with email marketing automation and best practicesExceptional creative skills and meticulous attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft tools (OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint) is a plusBackground or keen interest in the travel and tourism industryStrong analytical skills to interpret data and adjust strategies accordinglyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and techniques in the ever-evolving digital landscape
