Digital Marketing Manager For A Home Builder Company In The Usa

Client Information We are a prefab home builder located here in California. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager that can handle day to day tasks including: online marketing, content creation, blogging, creative writing, marketing material, brochures, graphic design, SEO, social media posts, user engagement, lead generating, email marketing campaigns, and more. Our main focus right now is SEO with blog posts, articles, user engagement on social platforms, ad campaigns, email marketing.
Job Description • Blog Post / Creative writing / Articles

• Customer service -Daily social media posts

• Engagement with users -Build brand awareness

• Post product for sale on platforms

• SEO / backlinks

• Creative marketing and strategies

• Graphic design

• Generating new leads (Home/land owners, investors)

• Building client relations

• On-line marketing

• Email marketing campaigns

• Execute special task requests (Copy writing, creative, design, so on)

• Multi tasking from varying projects

• Spear heading creative ideas and feedback on new ways to market and drive brand awareness.

• Execute weekly tasks given including maintaining current long term/short term projects

• Achieving weekly goals

• Weekly updates

Must Haves • Graphic design experience and a good eye that matches our brand vision
• Be able to multitask and manage projects or objectives
• Creative thinking and ideas for marketing / brand awareness
• Good English grammar (Creative writing)
• A general understanding of the real estate market is a plus
• Able to spearhead ideas and implement
• Possibly manage team members if needed
