About The Role

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive our Institutional email and social function forward which are centered around honed account based marketing interactions, distributing ANZ Institutional Thought Leadership content. We require a hands on marketer to set up, run and maintain email marketing campaigns from end-to-end with our email agency partner. You will manage our email and social databases, reporting on engagement on the email platform and working with our Website Manager to connect the dots in relation to website engagement.
Responsibilities
Identify target audience and continually grow our email list within select growth areas
Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns with our agency partners
Proofread emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
Ensure mobile-friendly email templates
Upgrade our email templates using graphics, personalization and advanced features
Ensure prompt and accurate communication with clients via email to minimize unsubscribes
Create email databases in growth areas
Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements
Run live optimisation of campaigns where data suggests improvements can be made
Report engagement from email marketing efforts
Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following:
Proven email marketing or Digital marketing experience and experience with Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud
Previous martech implementation experience – preferably with Adobe Campaign
Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems
Proficiency in marketing automation technology and knowledge of SEO/SEM and Adobe Analytics
Familiarity with analytical and database tools with excellent communication and copywriting skills
Strong project management skills with an ability to work under tight deadlines
Degree in Marketing or relevant field advantageous
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to manage and brief agency partners as well as Agile experience driving technical engineers. Strong collaboration skills in order to work seamlessly with Marketers, Website Manager, Data & Insights and stakeholders
