What will your day look like? Lead the strategic direction and ongoing optimization of the digital marketing program.Drive best practice innovation through strategic use of digital and social marketing channels, data, technology, and analytics, resulting in demonstrable business outcomes.Deliver and implement effective digital marketing to contribute to customer and financial objectives.Identify opportunities to test and learn to drive marketing effectiveness of existing and new digital marketing programs.Work closely with the Media Agency to evolve the always-on digital marketing program and ensure activity is delivering outcomes for the business.Utilize Marketing & Analytic platforms to share regular reporting and insights with the business.Manage digital media budgets and ensure ROI.Define and develop ongoing new strategic initiatives for the Digital Marketing program.Lead a team to execute key digital marketing performance activities.Maximize ROI of digital marketing programs and focus on continual improvement.Lead the sharing of insights and experiences with relevant workgroups and stakeholders on best practice digital marketing programs.Work collaboratively with B&W teams and with the wider IPP Brand and Marketing team and Suncorp Bank stakeholders such as Product, Digital, Risk, and Legal teams.What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary Degree in Business or Marketing.Work experience in a Digital Marketing environment.Expertise in managing and implementing digital performance media programs (SEM, Display, Affiliates, Social).Experience with optimizing and utilizing Google platforms such as Analytics 360, SA, Data Studio, or equivalent, and Adobe Analytics.Agency/Consultancy-based experience is advantageous and sound knowledge of the workings of media and creative agencies.Proven ability to manage a team and set clear direction and goals, and initiate and manage change.Knowledge of Marketing automation technology.Excellent strategic planning skills to drive business benefit and maximize opportunities.Ability to predict future trends and developments in digital marketing.Ability to communicate complex and detailed information simply and effectively.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, embracing a 'Test and Learn' ethos.Expertise in managing budgets and financials.Highly effective communication and consulting skills.Strong strategic and conceptual thinking skills.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
