The ISS marketing team is at a key growth stage. You'll work with each brand to create innovative digital marketing campaigns that resonate with their unique audiences while delivering a ROI.
What you'll be doing Roll out targeted database and email marketing campaigns Handle website CMS management including landing page creation, content, and performance optimisation Drive paid lead generation activities across social media, SEM, and other digital channels Analyse and report on campaign performance and acquisition activities Manage social content across all platforms Create on-brand assets and resources Oversee platforms like Google My Business, Google Analytics, and SEM tools Conduct market and competitor research to keep us ahead of the curve What you'll need Tertiary qualifications in marketing and communications Exposure to multi-channel digital lead generation campaigns An eye for creativity and basic Canva skills Experience with website CMS Experience with database marketing and email marketing tools like MailChimp would be highly regarded Some knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, LinkedIn Campaigns, etc.) as well as the Google suite (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google My Business), plus SEO/SEM tools Excellent workflow and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities AWX is one of the primary brands in the ISS division at PeopleIN alongside Techforce, Expect a Star, FIP Group, and Tribe.
