About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Marketing team as a Digital Marketer and play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing roadmap. In this exciting growth phase, you'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns, supporting our strategy to scale up campaigns, enabling us to deepen our success in Australia and continue that success as we expand into new international markets.
The digital marketer role will play an important role in supporting the Marketing Manager to mature our digital marketing function, from setup to execution. You will manage and optimise website traffic and conversion rates, improve the user journey, and implement SEO best practices. You will also be setting up and optimising marketing automation campaigns, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with the CRM (Salesforce), and continuously improving lead nurturing processes.
Using analytics tools to track performance, you'll provide insight to refine our approach and stay ahead of trends, enhancing lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness.
About YouYou have a high level of commercial acumen, including experience in working with and supporting sales teams to deliver commercial results.You will have 3-5 years experience in a digital marketing role, ideally 1-2 in a lead generation function.You will have 1-2 years experience in marketing automation, nurture programs, market segmentation and targeting.You will have 1-2 years experience in content marketing.Experience in using Marketo, Salesforce, Adobe Suite and other video editing software would be highly advantageous.You will have a learning and solutions focused mindset with the ability to work in an agile team environment.You will have strong writing skills with the ability to position content to an audience and tailor messaging with call to action.What can Schoolbox offer youJoin a close, family friendly team who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service to our schools.
