About your opportunity: In this position you will be responsible for monitoring digital health and ICT operations and governance processes to ensure that the CHHHS follows all relevant policies, procedures, internal and external guidelines, standards and regulations.
The role manages all compliance activities on behalf of the CIO by monitoring and reporting on adherence as well as tracking against governance and managerial rectification strategies.
About your role: Maintain the digital health compliance framework for designing, implementing, monitoring, reviewing and continually improving digital health compliance management throughout the CHHHS.
Manage a compliance management system to aggregate and integrate all compliance requirements applicable to digital health and ICT operations across the CHHHS.
Undertake internal reviews, audits and develop reports to ensure that CIO portfolio staff are following compliance procedures.
Where non-compliance is identified develop a Compliance Action Plan in response with timeframes and a risk assessment with mitigation strategies.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders and internal and external service providers to ensure digital health and ICT services remain compliant with all relevant policies, procedures, internal and external guidelines, standards and regulations.
Provide employees with support and assistance to become effectively involved in compliance activities to meet their obligations.
Ensure that there are defined escalation pathways for digital health and ICT compliance, ensuring consistent processes are in place for management and committees to review, prioritise and approve corrective actions.
