We are looking for a passionate Growth Hacker (CRO) who will drive performance through acquisition, conversion, customer activation and retention. You will work closely with the product teams, designers, data analysts and sales & marketing teams to optimise initiatives and product to drive customer growth online.
Use all possible digital channels to drive customer acqusition
Create disruptive growth strategy for the key products online
Own the lead generation for the products
Analyse the conversion funnel and identify areas for improvements
Use Web analytics tools (Google analytics) to understand customers and use the insights for customer growth
We're looking for someone with experience in implementing business growth through digital channels.
Hands on experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing and CRO
Experience in financial services and insurance
AB and MVT user testing
Highly analytical with a passion for data and demonstrable experience in driving growth online
Experience in using a range of digital channels to communicate with customers ( social media, influencers, desktop, mobile, app etc.
This is an initial 6 month contract and we are looking for people who will be available with a few weeks notice. Full background checks will be required.
