The role: As the Digital Performance Director, you will lead a team across the planning, implementation, optimisation and measurement of digital Performance media across some of our largest and deeply strategic Performance media accounts.
You will be responsible for clients who have a deep conversion focus and be responsible for the strategic guardianship of their media investment and delivering to their business KPIs.
Core responsibilities: Directly responsible for the development of the digital performance media strategy, and its execution to an exceptionally high standard with your team.Responsible for oversight of key biddable channels utilising extensive exposure across Search, Social, Display, Native, Video and other conversion focused media.Oversee the workflow of your dedicated team and will be comfortable in jumping into the platform and assisting with campaign set ups and/or restructures as required.This role will be responsible for the management and continued development of at least 4 direct reports – guiding and developing them to reach professional growth goals.A bit about you: Trusted and open leadership style with your team, proven capability to lead & coach ensuring they learn and grow across the entire communications media planning and buying remit (Performance & other Digital).Minimum of 6 years' experience in digital or performance agency (or client) roles.At least 5 years' experience managing and operating Google Ads campaigns in platform with Paid Social experience essential.Strong commercial acumen and a true passion for everything digital media, you will have a vision and purpose behind your strategy aligning this to client's business objectives.As a subject matter expert, you love increasing the level of digital performance within the wider business through collaboration and formal training such as knowledge sharing sessions.What's in it for you: Working with and learning from high-performing agency talent shining on a national stage; MFA & B&T Shortlisted Agency, Talent and Culture An organisation that prioritises personal growth and professional development as a priority with its own one-of-a-kind personal development program Origami created locally by our QLD team to ensure that it aligns to our purpose.
