The Role Reporting to a Lead BA, you will be responsible for gathering and translating client's business and system requirements into conceptual, functional, and technical requirements. This contract position would suit someone with some decent digital experience, who has the ability to hit the ground running.
Work closely with the PO and project team to determine requirements; Translate requirements into accurate user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows; Ensure the backlog is groomed and help the team to progress work through the backlog; Communicate dependencies, issues or risks and plan to resolve throughout project delivery; Work with the Scrum Master to lead and resolve competing client and stakeholder demands to deliver successful outcomes. Support with team health About you The person who creates order from chaos. You are focused and organised and love solving complex business problems. You navigate layers of stakeholder inputs and cross functional communication calmly whilst always focusing on delivering business values.
Strategy Planning - you can competently build a digital product roadmap Technically Minded - You have had experience in design systems, content management systems and you understand APIs and web services. Prior experience in headless technology and Sitecore is highly regarded.
