Diesel Technicians - Multiple Locations

Details of the offer

WSB Distributors has opportunities for experienced & qualified diesel technicians to join our 7 branches - 6 in SA and 1 in NT - and be part of the growing success of its third generation, family-owned company.
Applicants who are experienced in Agricultural Machineries and are 2-3 years out of their apprenticeship to be 100% on the tools is desirable but not essential. If you have recently completed your apprenticeship and have proven abilities within your trade, we want to hear from you.
The successful applicants will be motivated and understand the importance of being trusted to liaise with customers & work autonomously on jobs that are offsite as allocated by the service manager.
Aside from your qualifications, you will possess the ability to establish strong connections with our existing customers and understand the importance of teamwork at branch level and throughout the company.
You will be required to diagnose & repair a wide range of Agco hay and harvest products, Krone balers, and Manitou Telehandlers. Previous knowledge of these is not essential if you have the right mindset to utilize your skills and learn on the job from our qualified technicians.
WSB encourages all employees to share their experience & knowledge and be willing to take on new tasks and challenges to provide the high level of customer service our clients have come to expect.
An automotive air conditioning licence and HC licence would be advantageous but not a strict requirement for securing the position; our focus is on getting the right person to join our team.
In addition to competitive pay rates, WSB offers a positive team environment, monthly team BBQs, staff discounts, full uniform, flexibility & understanding around family commitments, employee of the month recognition, annual flu vaccination, access to Adelaide Oval sporting events when available + much more.
