We are seeking a qualified Diesel Technician to join our Cat Rental team in Dandenong.
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Cat Rental team currently have a vacancy for a highly skilled Diesel Technician . This position offers the opportunity to join an exciting part of the business and gain experience in servicing and maintaining Caterpillar equipment. You will be based out of our Dandenong branch, with field service work as required.
Your typical day will look a little like this:
Trouble-shooting, repairing and maintenance of Cat equipment and their components; hydraulics, transmissions and engines Starting your day off in a Cats meeting, discussing safety & new topics Compiling and completing accurate reporting Working as a team to manage your time and maximise efficiency Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Work alongside a high performing team, who are passionate about the gear they work on ABOUT YOU
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following skills/experience:
A fully qualified Diesel Technician with practical experience Previous experience working on Cat machinery (great to have) A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures A proactive and positive attitude, with strong work ethic Ability to pass a pre-employment D&A screen and functional assessment WHAT IS ON OFFER?
