We are seeking experienced Diesel Mechanics Workshop & Field Service to join our dynamic team based in our Bunbury workshop.
*In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:* Deliver first-class service to our customersComplete repairs and maintenance of heavy diesel productsDiagnose and repair Cummins enginesEngine rebuilding and reconditioningEnsure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislation and report any issues / incidents to the SupervisorComplete required documentation, such as service worksheets, warranty claims, quality forms or business system input screens.*To be successful in this role you will need the following:* WA driver's licenceMechanical trades qualified as Heavy Diesel Mechanic or Mobile Plant Mechanic or Light Vehicle with Heavy Diesel experience.Cummins experience is not required however engine experience is desirableSafety Focused and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCompensation and Benefits Competitive hourly rateFurther training and career development opportunitiesParticipation in an annual variable compensation (bonus) programIncome Protection continuance insuranceDiscounts with select private health insurancePC software/hardware, and a range of vehiclesAnnual remuneration reviewsSafety equipment/PPE and uniforms provided and a range of personal and professional benefitsAt Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
