Development Manager - Apartments

Our Client: Our client is a well-established, privately owned high density residential property developer with a proven track record of delivering high-quality apartments across multiple locations.
With a robust pipeline of exciting projects and an ongoing commitment to growth, they are looking to expand their development team and as such are looking to appoint a Development Manager.
The Role: As Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of residential apartments from acquisition through to planning, design, and construction.
You will lead and manage key development projects, liaising with internal teams, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure successful project execution.
About You: We are looking for an experienced Development Manager with a strong background in medium-high density residential property development.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the end-to-end development process, with a keen understanding of planning, construction, and commercial aspects of development.
