Despatch Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking dispatch Coordinator to join our client's team in Horsley park.

We currently have a position available commencing ASAP – temp to perm with Salary on offer for the permanent position.
Morning shift 6am to 2pm.
Australian owned and operated, Our client manufactures and markets cutting-edge acoustic and fire rated wall systems.

Duties include:
Manage and update the dispatch calendar for deliveries.
Maintain and adhere to WMS and MYOB systems.
Assign stock to appropriate bin locations and ensure timely stock updates.
Gain knowledge of company products.
Ensure all documentation is completed within agreed timeframes.
Meet customer requirements for transport bookings and provide cost-effective transport quotes.
Prepare and process dispatch paperwork and ensure it is scanned and stored in EXO/MYOB.
Answer incoming calls and oversee high-quality customer service for dispatch.
Adhere to dispatch procedures, including photographing and storing images.
Procure reliable and cost-effective freight carriers.
Confirm and book dispatches at least 48 hours in advance.
Organize dispatch yard for efficient dispatch and QA checks.
Respond to transport quote requests from sales within 24 hours.
Maintain databases, scheduling boards, and spreadsheets.
Ensure adequate levels of sundry items and update New South Wales stock records.
Responsible for monthly stock-take.
Your Experience:
Solid Combi Fork experience or Reach fork experience Previous Dispatch Coordinator / Forklift exp a big bonus.
A supportive and collaborative team environment.
Previous warehouse experience Customer facing & Customer relationships MYOB Ordering system About you:
Experience in a similar role essential Experience in warehousing/logistics would be advantageous Forklift License mandatory Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office software and databases Strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent phone manner Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and with a team environment Strong attention to detail Reliable and punctual A flexible and positive work attitude The ability to work well in a team environment A commitment to an organised, safe and tidy work environment To apply, please ensure the role is included in your email subject line.
